Arizona Family Law Attorneys
Protecting Your Rights. Prioritizing Your Family. Preparing for Your Future.
FAMILY LAW SERVICES
Divorce & Legal Separation
Ending a marriage involves more than changing your marital status. It can affect your property, finances, children, and long-term plans.
We assist clients with contested and uncontested divorces, legal separation, property division, spousal maintenance, settlement negotiations, and divorce-related litigation.
Our goal is to help you understand your rights, evaluate your options, and approach each decision strategically.
Child Custody, Legal Decision-Making & Parenting Time
Few legal matters are more important than decisions affecting your children.
Arizona family courts address legal decision-making authority and parenting time based on the child's best interests. We help parents develop, negotiate, and litigate parenting arrangements involving major decisions, residential schedules, exchanges, holidays, and other parenting issues.
We work to protect your parental rights while keeping the legal standard and the child's circumstances at the center of the strategy.
Child Support & Spousal Maintenance
Financial obligations can significantly affect your stability after separation or divorce.
We assist clients in addressing child support calculations, income disputes, financial disclosures, spousal maintenance, and requests to modify existing support obligations.
We help clients understand the financial issues in their matters and advocate for outcomes consistent with Arizona law.
Property & Debt Division
Divorce can involve complicated financial questions, including homes, retirement accounts, business interests, investments, debts, and other assets.
Our team assists clients with identifying and evaluating marital property, reviewing financial documentation, addressing disclosure disputes, and pursuing an appropriate division of community assets and obligations.
Modifications & Post-Decree Matters
Life does not stop changing after the court enters its orders.
Changes involving employment, income, relocation, parenting needs, and other circumstances may require an evaluation of whether existing orders can be modified.
We assist with post-decree matters involving legal decision-making, parenting time, child support, spousal maintenance, and related issues.
Enforcement & Contempt Proceedings
A court order is not optional simply because one party disagrees with it.
If the other party is failing to comply with parenting time, financial obligations, property division, or other court-ordered requirements, we can evaluate the available enforcement remedies and help you determine the appropriate legal response.
We also assist clients responding to allegations that they have violated an existing court order.
Family law matters are rarely simple. When your marriage, children, financial security, or future is at stake, you need more than someone to file paperwork. You need an attorney who understands the law, listens to your concerns, and helps you build a strategy for moving forward.
At The Rigsbee Law Firm, PLLC, our family law practice focuses on helping Arizona individuals and families navigate difficult transitions with clarity, preparation, and purposeful legal representation.
Whether your matter involves divorce, child custody, parenting time, financial support, or enforcement of an existing court order, we work to protect your legal interests and help you make informed decisions.
